My name is Mark B. Logan and I am a servant leader and a procurement and contracts subject matter expert (SME).

With more than 25 years of experience and expertise in complex procurement and contract management, I have had the opportunity to learn how to lead teams and navigate challenging procurement, contract administration, and sourcing situations across both the private and public sectors to support diverse organizations and industries.

I am not an "academic" or a "philosopher"… I am a Procurement "practitioner" with “real-world experience” who enjoys helping others in this profession grow and achieve success.

And, as a seasoned Procurement professional who’s truly lived and breathed Procurement, “deep in the trenches and in the thick of things,” actually putting in “the reps” for decades, I have learned that while fundamentals and technical skills are absolutely essential, it is the soft skills… leadership, communication, collaboration, and resilience… that truly transform Procurement professionals into Procurement leaders!
